Kindly note, that if we are at fault, then we consider an exchange and not a refund.

When we are at FAULT, we give you the chance to choose from our items on the site and choose something that is of the same price, when it’s of higher value we can then negotiate because we consider our Customer a priority at all times.

When a Customer doesn’t find anything to choose from at that time, then the funds can be considered as what we call “Save Purchase”  or “Store Credit” so when we update our catalogue with new stock you stand a chance of recovering your loss at a good deal. Please let us know immediately of any damages to the product by doing a video call or sending pictures. A video call will be much preferable cause with that we can go through it together it might just need some adjustments and some explanations.

Seven (7) days approximately from the day the shipment is delivered is enough for the Customer to lodge a complaint. Compliant made after 7 days will not be accepted. Customer must seek an exchange approval. If the customer did not receive an approval and returns the items, the items will be returned back to the customer at their own cost.

Please study the description and measurements carefully BEFORE purchasing, as we do not accept returns. If not certain, kindly refer to our size chart or contact us to assist you through.

Items must be in its original state as was received; should not have been worn, washed, or altered. Item must be returned with all tags, once removed, item is no longer exchangeable.

If it happens that the Customer bares the cost of returning item without considering the above options, we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.

Pre-order /custom item/s, aren’t returnable or exchangeable because they are customized to your exact measurements.

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
